Requirements for Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

Medical Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable of center's resources to pass information to client
• ARDS certified
• Registered in OB/GYN
• Ability to scan using ACOG criteria
• Provide medically accurate, limited obstetric ultrasound to Alternatives clients with a positive pregnancy test
• Knowledgeable in fetal development

Responsibilities:

• Interact with Client and whomever client has accompanying them during scan
• Able to discern limited ultrasound criteria vs. diagnostic ultrasound based on Center's and overseeing physician's protocol
• Speak about Post-Abortion Syndrome and "Forgiven and Set Free"
• Will travel within Southwest Michigan sites for the purpose of providing scans as needed
