CLOTHING ROOM

Our clothing room is stocked full of maternity and baby clothing as well as baby equipment and supplies that are essential for raising a young child. All new and used items are donated by generous individuals, area businesses, and churches. Alternatives provides material assistance in the form of baby supplies such as diapers, clothing, cribs, strollers, car seats, formula milk or vouchers for these items.

EARN AS YOU LEARN

CLIENTS EARN MONTHLY VISITS TO THE CLOTHING ROOM

The first visit to our clothing room is free of charge and each monthly visit is also free by participating in our “Earn as You Learn” program. Qualifying “Earn as You Learn” activities that result in a free clothing room voucher include:

Attend a 6-week parenting course
Bring two bags of clean, new or used baby/toddler clothing (0-5T)
Watch a video and complete a questionnaire (videos vary in length, approximately 20 minutes)
Attend church (bring in a dated church bulletin or a sermon note)
Complete a Bible study lesson
